- Order details โ your name, email address, delivery address and the items you order.
- Communications โ messages you send us (for example, by email or a contact form) and our replies.
- Payment information โ card payments are processed directly by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits.
- Site data โ a small cookie that remembers your shopping cart, and basic technical information your browser sends (such as device and general location) needed to serve the Site securely.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders;
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support;
- To process payments and prevent fraud;
- To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We only disclose your information to the parties needed to complete your order:
- Stripe โ to process your payment securely;
- Australia Post and couriers โ to deliver your order;
- Authorities โ where we are required to by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet our legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
