Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and posted from Tasmania, Australia. We post Australia-wide using Australia Post. The postage options and prices available to you are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of cleared payment. During busy periods or public holidays this may take a little longer. You'll get a notification when your order is on its way, with tracking where a tracked service is selected.

Delivery times

Once posted, delivery time depends on Australia Post and your location — typically a few business days within Australia, longer for regional and remote areas. These estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed by us.

Postage costs

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the delivery option you choose. We charge actual or near-actual postage and packaging — we don't profit from shipping.

Packaging

Cards are protected for transit — typically in a sleeve and top-loader or equivalent rigid protection inside a sturdy mailer. Higher-value and graded cards are packed with extra care. After all, protection is rather our thing.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll help trace it with Australia Post and make it right. Choosing a tracked and insured option at checkout is the best protection for valuable orders. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

International orders

We currently ship within Australia. If you're overseas and would like something, email [email protected] and we'll see what we can arrange. Any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
